Forks are Rockshox Revelation Race. The U-turn adjuster has stuck solid - what are the likely reasons? What do I do?

manky balls!!
whip them out, clean, grease and stick 'em back where they came from.

😳 how embarrasing...
So how would one go about 'whipping their balls out'? This would be in the privacy of ones home, obviously...

undo the top allen bolt
slowly remove adjuster (careful not to drop balls, there are 3 & under each ball is a little spring).
clean & grease then re-assemble.
it's a 5min job.

use a bike computer magnet to lift them out
