Sorry to drag this back to the top, but i have just recived a bit of info about the new Ti Holeshot, looks to be a great frame and available to pre order (with Progressive Bikes!) in the next few weeks! Based around a 6" fork with a nice long TT and slack HA looks to have well sorted geo for a classic UK long travel hard tail.

The Brodie 2008-2010 Cruzado XC Ti frame was a real work of art and little known over here, but the few that did buy the frame were really impressed with the quality of workmanship and Ti tube set used.

There will also be a Cyclo cross and road Ti frame.

Why would that be? If it's because it looks like the Dialled bikes frames, i think i have seen many bikes over the years with a seat brace, made of Ti and capabable of using long forks, no? 🙂

Holeshot is getting into the first corner in first place in a 4x/bmx race, isn't it?

yeas, which is why I think it's a strange name for a long-forked, slack frame....

Dialled's frame is more appropriately named

I was kidding Si.

Isn't "holeshot" the feeling after a particularly long ride?

ahh cynic, as in "my arse hole is shot, need a better saddle"

or a supple Ti frame, therefore we actually have a new bike that fills a need 😉

Holeshot is just getting off the line first in any form of head to head race, especially in 1/4mile drag racing

Sizes are 16" Small, 17" Medium, 18" Large, 19" XL. The TT are quite long just to make you aware 🙂

I currently only have 4 of each size available and lots of interest in the 17 and 18" sizes.

So Si, what sort of size would I be wanting if I were to have one of these then? I'm just over 5'10" and would want something for woodsy type riding, say 2-3 hours with more emphasis on playing than all day trail riding.

I widh this thread would DIE.
I'd never use it enough and it would be a waste. I have more important things to spend money on.

Either the 17" or 18" depending on which TT length you prefer, though i think the 17" would be about right as they have pretty long top tubes.

Not just a ploy, but i don't have many of these frames left and the next batch may be a while off yet.

teaser piccies of the 18" with the Hope semi-integrated cups installed...

its my 39th birthday next week and my major work project for the last four years (a new Academy) has just opened successfully, so a little treat was due in these crappy times...

build is going to take a while though, as CRC have messed me around on delivery of the 2011 revelation dual position air fork and **** knows when the reverb will be available (probably xmas time) so a thomson will be used instead
