Orange FS are still assembled in the UK IIRC

Orange are made in the UK, Cotic are made in the far east.
Curtis did a FS DH bike but I don't think it was ever that popular.

18 Bikes in Hope may be able to do custom stuff, I know they did a prototype or two.
