Yep, he initially got it while he was in intensive care after his big crash, but now confirmed as Cobo has not appealed within the time allowed, so has accepted his penalty.

He should have won that one outright anyway. It was only the ridiculous "Sky must ride for Brad" that prevented CF smashing it. Cobo only won it on time bonuses - take those out and CF actually rode it in the fastest "real" time anyway.
