has anyone ridden the canal the other side of Manchester? out Lymm and Warrington way.
and indeed further.
I have a weeks hols coming up and fancied riding the canals from wakefield via Huddersfield and over into the other side....and see how far I can get in a week via the waterways.

any info anyone.

looking at the maps. it looks rideable to hurleston junction, just north of Nantwich, the it splits to either the Llangollen or the shrewsbury canal.....which to follow?
