[#6052628]

Off for a break during Easter - my missus has kindly given me a 2 day pass to go play 😀

Any suggestions on some good riding around Crai (LD3 8PU) area.

Thanks

You're not far from Pen Y Fan so could take a trip up there.

Not sure of anything else but a local will know the best routes.

Stayed at a place near Crai a couple of Easters back. The Sarn Helen route from that link ^ was rideable from the door, and I put together another route to the W of Crai which had some good bits and some horrible slogs. Also did The Gap and the Doethie Valley as I was about as close to it as I was ever going to be. BTW we had a day in T shirts and a blizzard in the same week, but that's Wales for you!

The routes on the Breconbeacons mtb website are generally not marked specifically. The bridleways etc are pretty well signposted but you do need to be able to follow the route on a map to know where you are going.
