Thinking of changing from xt 8000 to some hopes
Keeping rotors the same so will they fit straight on ?

So long as you keep and use your current Shimano adaptors, they'll be fine.

Don't have any adapters so I'm questing it will just be a straight swap ?

If everything is standard then probably, the only thing might be if you have xx0mm and xx3mm going on, some rotors are a little bigger, if the brakes come up small then the presta lock rings from most tubes are enough to space them correctly.
So remove, fit new ones take a look and see 😉
