Ok, I have some Fox 36 vans with post mount and have just purchased some 2nd hand mono m4's that are is mount.
They come with 180 rear and 200mm front rotors.
Which adaptor do I need as all the adaptors on crc are for a 203 rotor, do I just buy the 203 adaptor or will the 3mm difference be bodging it?

203 is the right size for mono m4s I think but you need to check which caliper you have as when putting is mount calipers on post mount forks you have to go up a size from that which the calipers were designed for - so if they are for 203 front and 180 rear you have to go to 220 front and 200 rear (or 223 / 200) - A COUPLE OF mm usually makes no real difference.
Disc size with IS mount depends on the caliper not the mounting adaptor.
IIRC, a friend of mine had Some M4's
To get them to fit the new post mount forks he had he needed adapters that ended up +25mm
I think this was the smallest increase to allow the "adaption".
Ended up buying Post Mount Saints as he didn't want 225mm on the front.
you'll need a new caliper if you wanna go 200/180
