I want to re route the front brake hose on my marzocchis since it catches on the crown on full compression.
Has anyone used one of these: http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=19159 or something similar?
How well do they work and which is the best one to go for?

I use them on two of my bikes and they are superb. They are a pair. One for the bottom of the fork and one for the top. The bottom one grips the hose and the top one is pass through to allow for compression.
I buy two pairs, using two fixed and one pass through per fork.

Why not use the zip tie-cable end method?
