[Closed] Brake help - mono mini

Ever since the horrendous Gorrick enduro my poor mono minis haven't been working quite right.

The front had a stuck piston, which I used some silcon spray on and managed to loosen it up. Now the lever barely has any travel and it has an on/off which nearly pitches me over the bars...

The rear despite having new pads and a bleed just doesn't lock, the lever pretty much runs almost back to the bars despite the bleed (properly topped up). Reservior looked a bit deformed when I took it out, but thought it popped back ok.

It's making riding the bike quite 'interesting' - Thoughts on both brakes?
