Hi,
Perhaps a rookie question but what size are brake caliper bolts and are there any cheap ways to get them (i.e. non bike distributor)

M6x20-30mm ish, depending on your brake. Measure them - just the threaded section. Any bolt supplier will do, no specific need to buy 'the real thing'.

Screwfix are generally very cheap if you don't mind buying a bag of 50 ! They'll come in handy for something else at some point.
