hi all.looking for some input on my ride today,went up a nice long steep hill climb and decided to go exploring and the only way down was a big ****in steep steep farm feild.anyhoo managed to get down in one peice with dragging the brakes a bit to stop myself going like a bat out off hell and killing myself.when i got down onto the road as i was braking it sounded like a quiet buzzing coming from the brakes,is this normal??im using shimano SLX brakes.thanks for your time and input,H
normal - its quite a nice noise too, beats squealing, be thankful 😉
agreed! i have Hope Minis they make the same noise, definitly better than squeal i get from my Avid's
cheers.aye im glad its not a squeal.i had noticed it befroe when i was at glentress but stupidly thought it was my watch that was gubbed and making the buzzing sound.DOH!!!
