I need to get a 160mm caliper (post) on to the fork (IS) will this adapter do it? http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=13735
I also need to convert the rear IS to post, so I need the same adapter again?

That is not the one. What size rotors are you planning to run?

160 on both ends.

If you use the front adaptor on the rear it would be spaced for a 140mm disc.
