I want to be able to use my 180mm IS brake on my PM 6" (160mm) fork WITHOUT changing my disk.
Is there such thing?

Yes you can use [url= http://clee-cycles.co.uk/esite/P1043/product ]this[/url] 160mm KCNC adaptor from Clee cycles that allows you to attach an IS caliper to a Post mount fork with no increase in disc size. It works with 180mm fine.
This a pic of my Hope 180mm brake and disc on a PM RS fork. No increase in rotor size needed.
It should be noted that it doesn't work with all forks, but with most it seems OK.

Well brakes are hope mini (not mon mini) so same design more or less as above, forks are DT.
Mines same adaptor . Gold n black mono minis and manitou nixons
Robbed my xt for now it works fine
