It's not even the same sport as the one i do. 😀

The transition between directional changes is just completely epic !

And to think, most of the DHWCs he's tried to qualify for, he has failed to even make it into the big show.

Some of those gaps he’s making are bonkers!

That's crazy, but you can see how close he is to the edge on so many of the transitions.

He is Norwegian though, so that might explain part of it.

Many many rims died to bring you this video..... How on earth does he change direction so fast after a massive landing? Absolutely nuts.

That jump to kind of back wheel scrubbing/skidding the side of the tabletop thing is sublime, and the gap near the end is just huuuge.

I just don't think it's fair to the bike! 😂

It’s speeded up. And mirrors, definitely mirrors.

It's the rag flapping in his back pocket. It makes him look much faster than he actually is.

Those poor wheels.

He's running the proper 'full fat' DT Swiss FR series DH wheels rather than the lighter EXs most of the DH racers run, no wheel is indestructible but they're pretty close.

I heard it was all filmed at Southampton Bike park and is mostly CGI..

I'm reminded of something my Mum used to say to Dad when there was something spectacular on telly - acrobats, high wire acts, that sort of stuff. "Do you remember when we used to do that"?

Nope, pretty sure that's real, and is Stanmer woods after the Ash clearance.....

I just looked up Hafjell bikepark on Google maps. I think I'd need some financial assistance and a couple of other drivers to get up there.

Anyone up for it?

Rock garden! What rock garden? I swear his wheels were in the air more than on the ground

I'll be doing a long weekend at one of them next summer, it's only a 5 hour drive to most of the parks in that area from my place. (Hafjell/Trysil/Salen).

Sweet.

He’s dressed (and riding) like he’s in a classic New World Disorder movie.

His X Games video entry was mental as well.

Absolute legend that lad, sure he posted something on Instagram a couple of months ago about taking it easy to let a few niggling injuries heal properly and wouldn't be doing Hardline or Rampage this year as a result

He is riding in jeans so already several levels higher than my abilities so I won't watch it all!

Thats amazing , You can say what you like about GT but they sure know how to pick their riders. Brage , Wyn and Hans give more entertainment than any of the top teams riders.

Just watched that before logging in here, definately cheered me up after a shit day. I should be depressed as it shows just how inadequate my riding is but who cares, it was ace!

Viking biking for sure. There's a longer version on the Red Bull site, with a the making of section tagged on the end.

Epic stuff, one of the best things I’ve ever seen. I showed it to my daughter who watched it with her mouth open and lots of “did he just do that into the berm” and “OMG I can’t believe he jumped that”, high praise from a nine year old!

His idea of what constitutes a suitable landing/runout is just ridiculous. Like, there's lots of riders that'll do a big jump or gap but he'll do it into a random heap of rocks, or uncleared forest floor, or a drainage ditch, or a plain old swamp. Or onto a built landing ramp but it's only about 6 feet long and then after it is just... whatever's there.

Like the last bit of this

I've had to nip this kind of riding in the bud now that the nhs is in perma-crisis
