Just got hold of some (wasn't easy) anyone know how they are fitted, cant find instructions on the web, thanks in advance

They go on a shaft, at the top of the air assembly. Not sure how to get them on the shaft, but it's a start 🙂 - pages 5 and 15 below.

Cheers, found that but no info on strap wrenches or vice grips and which bits come off....

Let the air out, remove the DPA adjuster, remove the top-cap/shaft and slide the tokens up it to the top. Refit.
