Hi all,i'm after some advice on what to do with my current set up,a SRAM double and bash with bb30,which to be honest it is the main reason for the change,fed up of putting bearings in every month!!! I was thinking along the lines of xt double with adapter, has anybody had experience if so is it worthwhile? Thanks in advance.

The sram adaptor is ok fairly permenent, its an alloy tube with standard bsa thread in which is pressed and bonded into the bb30 shell, works fine.

just out of interest have you tried uprated or different bearings?
