Hi
Be gentle-just getting back into mountain biking. So I am discovering that this Boost 141 is a bit of a pain. I want to change/upgrade my QR Skewers. Front I think Im ok(100mm*5mm) but the rear is this 141 Boost. Yip its a Trek. Contacted Trek and they only sell the stock skewers-but not online🙄. Ive weedled it out of them that the length is 158cm, but the guy wasn't 100% I think. Can anyone offer a suggestion re what skewer is suitable? Many Thanks

Sure it’s not available online?

https://www.pedalworks.co.uk/product/uncategorized/bontrager-boost-141-skewer-21973/

Looks like Orbea make one too

https://www.orbea.com/gb-en/gear/spare-parts/cat/cierre-tra-fh-mt200-qr-172--

Though none of them seem to offer anything more than OEM. Why do you want to change?

I have a spare Trek skewer from their AVP back end (QR). That may be about the right length as it's longer than a std skewer. I'l measure it later.

its a boost hub with QR end caps. 141 is to 148, same as 135 is to 142.
