It looks like in readiness for the release of the new model, Go Outdoors have dropped the price of the Bossnut to £899.99 with the members' card:

I was holding out for a bargain at the London Bike Show, but is this a bit too good to miss? I know there have been a couple of threads reporting issues with this bike...
Still a good bike, I started the issue thread but I've still got the bossnut, if you get a good one they're great, if not demand a new one safe in the knowledge you got a deal on it 😆
I'm waiting on my 2017 one sometime next month hopefully.
Well I'm comforted by the fact the Calibre rep replied with his personal email in your thread...
I also quite like the idea of riding a "cheap" bike - that first scratch after an OTB won't be as painful!
What kind of trails have you taken yours on? Regular Peaks trips would on the cards so I wondered how it climbs?
Would it not make more sense to save the extra £100 and wait for the new one? can't say I'd want to buy a bike with known issues and quality control with a new one due to be out soon?
