Hey all long time no see etc etc.

So I'm still out in Western Oz. Been riding this around my bit of desert and a few of the DH trails here in perth:

Rode the Nomad on Sat then the V10c on the Sun on the same trails and realised just how plush and smooth and quick the big bike makes everything. Don't get me wrong the Nomad with the RP23 / 34CTD's is capable of getting down everything just maybe not quite as fast as I would like and I've never quite felt the 34's handled roots and rocks as well as I would like.

I'm going to be coming back to the UK for a few weeks to see family and ride (mostly ride)and want to get to some of these new welsh centres that have popped up since I've been away. I'm mostly looking to ride DH but I'm still going to have to ride some easy towpath / local trails with the missus and don't want to haul two bike around the globe.

As a compromise I'm thinking of sticking a coil Bos Stoy / Stoy RaRe on the back and a Deville on the front of the Nomad to make it more of a 'DH lite' bike and slightly plusher and just bringing the Nomad home.

Any one riding a Bos equipped Nomad or similar bike that could comment about the performance even better as a comparison to similar Fox sus.

Cheers!

A mate has just put BOS Deville 160's on his Blur LT - very plush but also harder to set up was his opinion (compared to 150mm Fox that were on before). He enjoys the down hill bits way more than the climb up so they suit him.
