[Closed] Bos Deville 170 fork service

Help needed! I'm trying to service my Bos Deville. I'm going off a previous thread on here but I can't get them set up tidy. I've stripped, cleaned and added new seals. Put Motul 7.5 wt oil in the one side but not sure where to measure from. I've read there needs to be 58 gap after oil so I measured from top of stantion. I then put 17ml of 20wt out in the lower of the air side. Then pumped up to required pressure but I'm only getting 160mm of travel, plus they don't feel great, like a step half way through travel.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
