A man (47 yrs) came off his mountain bike whilst descending the rocky track. He hit his head and broke his humerus.

As we were dealing with the above incident, another mountain biker (M 40 yrs) also fell off his bike lower down the track, managing to land on his face. He was also treated at the scene.

yes, he was bimbling between 2 rocks, lost his balance and couldn't unclip his new cleats, so he went headfirst into a rock with his arm under him. He had a spiral fracture just above the elbow, in 5 pieces ๐

he was from was a different group of riders - after seeing Chris's accident I think we all bimbled down Castle Crag quite cautiously ๐
