On my last trip to CYB, my lack of skill and SPD pedals lead to lots off scrapes and knocks to a good portion of my body.
I want to try flat pedals, and am looking at Wellgo b54, and B143.
They look perfect, but 100mm wide? Is that a bit wide for xc trails?
Anyone using them?

100mm is nothing. Stand on a ruler and see. Wider the better IMO.
