Boring chainset question here . Replacing a HG82 10 speed cassette with a HG61 10 speed and saw "Only use HGX chain". Therefore ordered a HGX chain and will also order a couple of chainrings 22 and 32 but do I have to use SLX chainrings (Existing) or can I go cheapskate and use deore.

U can ignore that bit it will work perfectly well with almost any 10 chain. Also yes u can get Deore.

Many thanks .Thought as much . Might just get a couple of deore cheap rings .
