Found a faulty part, 4 months past any std 12 month warranty period. Gave em a ring, as there's regularly a post on here thanking Hope customer service.. they said sent it back.. just got a brand new part FOC next day delivery. You can't knock that kind of support.
Yes it would have been nice not to have had a faulty part in the 1st place but who has a 100% quality control.. no one, & maybe not every part is the pinnacle of design but all the kit I've had (4 different wheelset types, 3 brakes sets) have done the job I wanted them to and all at a great price point. The fact that there willing to stand up and backup there products without a qualm make them a company worth dealing with/buying from in my book
They get a hard time on a couple of other forums, for being expensive and a bit agricultural. But their products in my opinion are second to none, they look great, work and the aftersales/service side is great. Not to mention how easy everything is to work on yourself. I love Hope.

and on here for only having good customer service as they have to do so much of it, doesn't seem to work that way down at superstar ๐
I've never had use of the legendary warranty as I've not managed to kill any of it despite lots of trying.
