I have just renewed the rear wheels bearings and freewheel bearings (all 4 the same) reassembled complete with spacer on axle inside freewheel and all works fine untill I tighten the QR to clamp the wheel when the freewheel starts dragging so as unable to back pedal. I have removed any grease under the "top hat" caps on the end of the axle with no benifit.
I have had the cassette and bearings off so often I am now going potty!
What advice does the team have to offer??

Missing or mixed up spacers causing bearings to bind?
Bearings not fully seated home?
