Need a regular service,or fit and forget?Which do you do?

Nothing wrong with a regular service, change the oil, clean the seals and replace. Not tough to do and will keep them feeling good.

All I,ve done is clean them and use fork juice.Not sure why you would need to change the oil.I dont think I,m losing any.Does it become contaminated or something?Is it really so easy dropping the fork out and taking it apart?I could imagine mistakes would be costly.Cheers for your replies.

Mine is just the basic 55r Mike.Should have thought the RC3 is a much more complex fork to service.
