I was born in Bolton

best thing i would suggest is pick a direction and keep riding until you are far away

That's the good thing about bolton, 15 minutes of riding can put you in the countryside and seemingly miles away from anywhere.

Oooh, that sounds good, what are the times for that, they happy for anyone to ride or is it a whippets only ride?
I've not raced this year and am not in peak condition, I know the terrain up at Rivington though, the big aerial etc.

If you start in Bolton then riding up to the mast and back should see you right. Do you need a route? The offroad won't start till you've done a big road climb.....
