Did a quick ride there last night, and found a great BW going along the edge of the hill northwards from Whitestonecliff, then down through the woods to Boltby village. I didn't have time to explore very much, but does anyone know if there's anything good over in the Boltby Forest? Looks like good territory for some cheeky singletrack.

Cheers,

Used to have a proper downhill track in there somewhere. Sure I've read stuff about some fun stuff lurking in there recently...

Boggy Boltby

There's loads of bits and pieces but very difficult to explain, that place seems to disarm your orientation

try riding along the top in a northerly direction. when you get right to the end, turn left/south west & descent a couple of hundred yards on a fire road. trail drops of the RH side steep down hill. i might have a log of it somewhere....
there is another couple which end at the reservoir. go there and cycle up hill - opposite side of the water too the road

Cool, cheers guys.

No, I was on a dark grey DB Alpine with no dogs. Keen to go back an explore but feel like it might need to dry out for a week or two now.
