Recently picked up a second hand Boardman team CX (the black and red 1x11 SRAM one).

It currently has the stock 700x35c rapid Ron on there but I fancy an upgrade to tubeless. Has anyone tried a 40c tyre on the Boardman cx?

I've had a check with the measuring tape and the fork/frame gap is about 50mm, will there be enough clearance for mud with a 40mm?

That's a 40C Schwalbe Land Cruiser on the back of mine, with enough space between frame and tyre to wiggle in an 8mm Allen key...
