hi anybody have a boardman urban team r mtb, i would like to know what length the rear mech cage needs to be, ive read that a medium cage is probably best for a 10 speed double chainset, but not sure which mine is long cage or medium, and how do i measure them, cheers steve

for future reference, if any one with the same bike, wants to know, halfords sent me an email this morning, its a medium cage rear mech on this bike, good to see that halfords are getting better with their customer services.
