a pal is looking to replace the bolt with a qr on her new Boardman Pro hardtail - anyone know the diameter of qr clamp ?

I just made the mistake of phoning local BikeHut to ask...... 5 mins to explain what I was looking for, despite 'oh they come in all different sizes, but we don't have any in stock' to eventually 'I'll go check.....a few mins on hold and then the phone was put down on me...

No worries - I asked the same question here ages ago and got all the answers except the right one (all from very well meaning folk, and mostly as I accidentally misled them!!). Glad to save your pal doing the same whole trial and error thing!
