I am looking at getting a fast hybrid bike close to a road bike. I have just sold my road bike as I couldn't get used to the drop bars and am more used to mountain biking. I have looked at all the usual Giant Rapid, Specialized Sirrus and Pinnacle Neon, when I came across the BMC Alpenchallege AC01. This looks to be a new design and I can only see it on Evans Cycles for £1000. This look like a good bike but I amunsure if it is worth £1000? Anyone got any comments on this bike against the ones mentioned?
