What a great day out today. My fitness seems to be sinking slowly away so I decided to ride a geared bike today whist steve and John stuck to SS. I had the mad idea of taking them down the "widow maker" bearing in mind they were rigid SS. They both survived apart from a rear mudguard stay making a break for freedom on Johns Roberts. Fixed with a little bit of wire and a velcro watch strap. A quick blast through "ground hog day" then the long climb around the back of the scout huts and up past Eylesbarrow mines . From there back via Nunns cross to the cafe for bacon rolls and tea/coffee. Not the biggest of rides but it wrecked me. Comments ?

Well it might have been a short ride but my legs are shufted. Not nearly as badly as my arms though - currently revising the idea of selling the reba's and thinking of selling the rigid forks instead!

Great to be on Dartmoor in the sunshine. Was all overcast by the time we got back to North Devon.

I'm not allowed out next Saturday ๐Ÿ™

Looks nice - I had the car in bits all day looking for a boost leak!
