Got a couple of questions about the blue pig...
firstly how does it compare to a 456?
Secondly the new version has a 44mm headset standard. Does this mean I will not be able to use my 1 1/8" steerer that my revs currently has? or is it just a case of getting a correct headset?
Cant decide between a blue pig, on one 456, 456 summer season, or blue pig x.
Your thoughts would be appreciated (ride mainly trail centres, Afan etc and scotland in the summer 🙂
You just need the right headset. Can't comment on a comparison though.

A 16 inch will be too small Josh!! Looking at 18" really
If you get one make sure you check the head tube as my mate got a mk2 BP as a replacement for a mk1 that he had no end of trouble with and it turned out to have an oval head tube! Big QC issues. My mate sent his back and will not touch Ragley again.
Thanks for the info chestrockwell. Ive started looking at the option of the cotic bfe now too (just to throw another frame into the already headscratching mix)
Has anyone else heard about QC issues with the blue pig mk2? Anyone own or ridden a cotic bfe? How does that compare to the 456 or blue pig?
