Second time it's happened in a couple of months. I can't turn the lever either way. it's locked out so that it should "bounce" but it's locked stiff..........Any ideas?
It's about 3 years old with a service 1 year ago. Fox 32 F80 RL.

Yes remove the rebound cap with a allen key and below that are 3 grub screws loosen them off slightly and your lockout lever should lift off, clean it all out and smear some grease on the small bearings on the inside of the lever put it back together and only nip up the grub screws then replace the rebound cap.
