Hi,

http://www.blueflowwheels.com

Does anyone have a pair of these or used them before? I had a pair of sixth element on my last bike and after another pair - these are significantly cheaper!

Thanks

Yes I recommend them. I have been on the 31mm internal diameter all mountain 29er wheelset for the past couple of years and they have been faultless. They are great to deal with in terms of communication and delivery. The quality of wheel build is excellent - I haven't had to even look at them with a spoke key in 2 years of ownership. I had broken 4 Light Bicycle carbon rims before getting the Blueflows so they certainly seem to be more durable.

Yes. Bought a set of 27.5+ 38mm/41mm external on hope hubs with the spoke upgrade from Stuart. Ran them on my Mojo3 and now on my SolarisMax. No issues at all, not sure I’ve even trued them and they’ve had some abuse! Tubeless a non issue as well. They even came taped.

He’s a top bloke as well. I will be getting a set of 29s from him for my RipMo. Wish he did something other than hope hubs. But recommended 100%

Stuart will build with other hubs if you provide them

I have been impressed in my dealings with him

They come from the same factory as Sixth Element & Noble rims I got my Carbon rims from same factory but built mine with Acros hubs & Sapim Race spokes

What did they weigh in at?

Just weighed the rear it was an older narrower rim 27mm internal but the DH carbon layup so heavier. It’s actually a Noxon boost hub weighs 990g on digital kitchen scales 27.5. My Acros hub is on my 29er sentry rim for the Smuggler.  I have a spare Acros nineteen ED hub weighs 237g much lighter than hope at over 300+
