Still an elegant design IMO.

Surely that's earlier than 2000? At least some of it?

Last time I met one of those coming down the trail, there was so much lateral flex - I had to get out of the way!

Looks like it's got those DT titanium MMC spokes they did!

9 speed XTR came out in 1999, so it's a fair assumption that the cassette at least is older!

I'd have said they were closer to 1996. I still know two people using ti Mojos from the same era regularly!

if you strip it..shame i no but i think thats what will happen to it.

it's a work of art really, it has to go to a collector, not someone who's out to sell the components!

I wonder what it'll go for, and if I'll be able to keep up 😆 oh the anticipation... my heart is actually beating faster at the prospect 😳

quick search on ibis says the first prototype was made in 1996 and went into prodution in 1997 so clearly older than the seller states but he also says its an 8spd cassette and a 9spd gripshift so might send him a quick message just to clear a few things up.

It say it has SRAM 9.0 shifters, not 9 speed shifters.

Does anyone know what the sizing is actually like on these? What height rider would a 17" suit?

Lots of gorgeous bits but the sum of the parts doesn't do it for me I'm afraid.

[Edit] Had another look and changed my mind. With a different colour headset and stem that would be stunning.[/Edit]
