I was gonna suggest the corkscrew, but since it's been done, how about

Depends on the definition of 'bling' I suppose, but how about some KCNC jockey wheels to match his bike?

Or one of those fancy bells that pop up on here every now & again - can't remember the manufacturer...

Shimano cufflinks are shit, you need a new pin every time you close them.

(I'm not even sorry)

Stem Captain - clock or thermometer etc. http://stemcaptain.co.uk/

For a fancy bell, I'd like one from Lion Bellworks. http://www.lionbellworks.co.uk/

Wife gave me a print from Geoff Waugh recently. Looks good now it's framed and hung. He does everything from road to mtb to just general bikey stuff.

I can't believe I forgot this. Legends of the tour
I had one custom made for my best man. I got his favourite Rapha jersey added with his name to be in with the other legends. Can't remember how much the custom version was though.

My Park bog roll holder is ace. Its the perfect tool for outing the technically incompetent throne user - the one who can't work a bicycle quick release. I should photograph the array of wrongness that it can produce.

ive always thought made-to-measure cycling clothing would be a very fancy thing to have and it would make a superb gift.

If you contact one of the high end producers who make lovely gear and manufacture in the West and offer them enough money you may be able to arrange something. You could even send your friend to wherever the sompany is based for the fittings.

Bells seem to be a popular choice

Couple of cows or goats for an African village via oxfam and on the day, a nicely written card and a tube of glitter?

Also GCN are having a "donate a bike" for Africa, Dan Lloyd is shaving his head if they get 150 bikes donated..

Could just buy a bike, a decent one, and donate that in honour of whoever it is your buying the present.
