I need a front light for commuting and this looks to be just the job, particularly the USB charging - has anyone got any experiences of these? It's for being seen rather than to see with.

I use two of the rear version. Very pleased with them, small, light etc and the USB charging is very handy.

Good stuff thanks, the USB charging is the big attraction.

I've got the front and back ones, means I can leave one charger at work and the other at home. USB charging is really handy, and they're bright enough to be seen.

Battery life went down massively when it was cold before xmas though (about 1-1 1/2 hours on a mix of flashing/constant) but usually get about 5 out of the front. rear lasts longer.
Not a big deal as they charge quickly and easily off me computer, but might be worth having a cheapo LED on you just in case.

Front light only- spot on - can't complain, small and handy recharge facility through the USB.

I've got a front one on my helmet - really like it. Small, light, bright and can recharge it at work.

Cool, thanks everyone. I think I'll pop into the shop and buy one tomorrow.

not very water resistant, bought a pair and the rear is knackered after 6 months. The front battery life is pretty poor as well, no where near enough for a weeks commuter for me so i had to get another front light as it kept packing in at bad moments (middle of a round-a-bout). Honestly I'd look elsewhere, usb is useful but battery life and water sealing mean i wouldn't purchase again ๐Ÿ™
