are they quick release? Will be using them daily so was hoping that you could detach them quickly without having to faff with velco straps. Anyone know?

battery life on the front is poor to be honest as well
Hmm, back to the drawing board then.
Front will go much quicker than the rear as each of the front LED's put out 10 lumens (40 in total). I think they're great little lights.
I mostly just use mine on 'flash' except for about 2-3 mins on either end of commute, when it can get pretty dark. They are plenty bright and stupidly light. I accidentally left them on the bike a couple of times and they were still there some hours later, probably because they are so tiny (and also as I got the black ones)
I guess battery life will depend on the length of commute, but 30-40 min a day with me works fine.
