[Closed] Blackberry help with moving numbers

It's died, the buttons no longer do what they should, for example if you press delete while writing a text it sends the message...
very usefull when you realise your texting a mate not your missus and the text dosen't really need xxxxxxxx on the end 🙄 think it may have had to many wet rides.

Orange are replacing tomorrow but i can find the box with data lead.
So how do i transfer my numbers to the Sim card?? Can't find the obvious send to sim in the options (bear in mind the roller ball is also giving up the ghost)
