Black 3m tape for the dark? Can't remember what it was/what to search

I had some on my old commuter, works great but assume it will never be removed as its a total pita to get off.

Scruff +1 I swapped out cranks on my wife's bike and it took a good couple of hours with a heat gun and WD40 to remove two strips from each crank arm.
On a side note I always find the clip on reflective spoke cap things really good for winter commuting and riding.

Other brands also available. Avery, LG, Oralite, etc etc. If you need to get it off at some point use a regular vinyl under as a sacrificial layer.
