My current brakes are knackered and I've ordered some new ones, until they arrive however I'm borrowing the old fellas shimano's. They are IS fitting however, and my frame and fork are post mount. Any ideas on what mounts i need? Are they available?

I think hope do one, shimano too but I cant find anyone who has any.....

Hope do a HBSM20 mount, but as the name suggests, it also requires a +20mm increase on whatever size rotor the caliper was intended for. KCNC do a +0mm mount, but it may not be suitable for a large bodied caliper.
