Our crew usually use a hostel or some basic lodge accommodation for a Mountain Biking weekend once a year. Does anybody have any recommendations that would be suitable for a weekend riding the Quantocks?

There are a few static caravan parks, but anybody have any feedback for that area?

Heard good things about the campsite at Kilve... think it has some wooden pod-type accommodation

Thanks. They have two pods, which isn't enough for the 10 or so people that I'm expecting.

Perhaps the Peak District will be a better option.

*very, very, very limited nearby parking (*was when we were there)

We enjoyed it

and if you have a big telescope you can see Glastonbury Tor from the door
