My kitsuma is slightly bigger than the one in the classifieds, it's got a 19" seat tube (centre to top) and about a 23" effective top tube - they are quite short frames by today's standards. Email me if you want any more info (click on my name...)

You called it a 'racer'.

You is old, man...

Mamadirt; I'm sure you've lusted after virtually every tiny bike ever made, judging by your track record! ๐Ÿ˜‰

Funny you should say that, a DBR Axis TT is my race bike. Just rebuilt it with all new gear as well. Still going strong after 14 years

As for wish list?
Merlin XLM
Mountain Cycle: San Andreas
I'm sure there are heaps that I've fancied, but those 2 top the list.

A 1995 GT LTS with Judy SLs (the yellow ones) - the year I started riding properly and it was my dream bike then

(the pic's a 1996 one but I can't quickly find a pic of the 95 one but they're near enough the same)

Is that a San Andreas? A mate had one of those. Nice bike, bit heavy for my liking though.

He sold it to another bloke, who didn't have the skills to ride it. Shame.

Wanted an LTS too, after hiring one for a day in Mammoth. Someone overtook me on the big hill at Mayhem on a mint one the year before last. I commented on what a nice bike he had.

Then there was this, wanted badly, but couldn't afford:

And this:

Fantastic - wish I could get hold of one now..

I wanted the san andreas unilt I rode one and then realised pedalling a metre between rest stops was taking the mickey!

Were any of you at the bike, think it was 99 when peaty snapped his STS while flat landing off the top of a lorry.

Dez - if I get the chance I still want an endorphin!

Saw a later model one at a race last year. A rather attractive young lady was with it and she thought I was staring at her... only some of the time ๐Ÿ˜‰

The STS was pretty, shame it was known for exploding.

Remember someone having a bike called the Dogs Bollox around '95 that was really nice, not sure of the manufacturer.

Love the Pace RC300. What year was it and what is the fork on it? Looks like an RC40/41 XCAM? Isn't that too long for the frame?

I had a Zaskar as well.... and an STS. Still have both frames.

I really liked the look of the Turner Burner when that came out. Got a 5spot because of it!
