3 bikes.
Full bouncy Cannondale with a Lefty.
Whyte Shoreditch commuter.
Ratty old Cannondale Bad Boy with rigid Lefty and singlespeed. Currently my favoured commuter/pub bike.
The Pretty one
The Perfect one
The New one (in the process of upgrading the frame, forks, bars, drivetrain and seatpost of the Simple one)
The Fat one
The Fast one
The Winter/Turbo one
Do you want our mothers' maiden names, and names of our first pet, too? 😉
Just one now, my Brompton, absolutely love it. Just sold the MTB as I just haven't got the time/can't be arsed to drive to ride anywhere.
Will probably get a hybrid at some point though.
Seven built and enough bits n frames for another three.
None are on the current transfer list but that can always change if I see a nice frame or wheels or cheap groupset etc 🙂
Had three, got it down to one.
Followed a trend and went back to two.
Will be back and happy with one once Disco is gone.
Singular Swift
Singular Gryphon (in bits at the moment)
Singular Peregrin
2009 Kona Major Jake which gets ridden the most - i also quite like Singulars.

Saracen Amplitude jump bike
Raleigh Mountain Lite (vintage CX frame) built up as a commuting fixe, with mad Cinelli LA84s
Dawes Jaguar vintage road bike set up as a SS winter road bike
7 in total, unless I've forgotten about one.

C456
Nukeproof Mega
Edit : Oh and an unbranded £30 road bike for a "cheap bike" charity challenge next year.
Pegoretti Duende dura/ace summer road bike
Chesini Prima SRAM force22 winter road bike (bit posh for a road bike but i don't want to ride shitty dolans/planetX/ribbles in the winter as it's when I do most of my riding, but it is steel though :-). Bought to stop trashing the pegoretti over another winter)
Condor pista fixed road
Giant trance-X (26in) great bike, can't see the point in changing it just for the sake of it.
Dialled love/hate SS. Will soon make way for a cross bike.
Santa Cruz blur LTc and a transition klunker.
Looking to buy a production privee shan, probably sell the klunker.

A very old Marin steel rigid lovely
A not quite so old Giant NRS
A not very new Spesh Enduro
A marvelously brilliant Brompton
A rather new Specialized Diverge
Had a bit of a review of the stocks when we moved a while ago. Am now very much in need of something else. Am thinking light, fast, playful XC hardtail for local missions, and then perhaps replacing the Enduro with another skill compensators.
2012 Saracen Kili Flyer, fillet blazed 853. Lovely, snappy feeling and fast. 26in steel at its finest
2007 On One Inbred, one of the 100 limited edition 853 frames, re sprayed, new chain stay, currently kitted out as a tourer.
2009 Specialized Pitch, well battered, rarely used, not for sale.
2015 Genesis Croix de Fer 10 for exploring and possibly light touring.
I'll never sell the Inbred, it's just too versatile. I'm planning it's second respray maybe next year, so that'll be good for another 6-7 years after that.
456 in HOT pink
Kona Nunu SS
Fondriest roadbike
However pans to extend the fleet with a carbon roadbike and a reaplcement for the venerable stumpy fsr that got sold, over the next year or so

+ Suzuki 1000c motorcycle & the wife's Pashley Princess & Specialized Rockhopper.
Also need a bigger garage 😆
I've been N-1ing lately, so down to my Ragley Ti hardtail, my Cotic Hemlock, my Boardman hybrid... And an Onza Bird trials bike which, to be honest, I never ride because I'm embarassingly crap at it. But keeping it in the garage stops me from buying a trials bike.
I could build a decent downhill bike and a fairly nice xc hardtail out of spare parts in the garage but they don't count!
Oh and a very sad former-prizewinner-now-innertube-rack Suzuki SV650
I only own the bikes I need. Me and Mrs disagree on this point quite often. General rule is that if I don't ride it for more than a year I don't need it.
Just the one, its all I need or I would have more (Pivot Mach6)
There's a distinct lack of pictures in this thread.
I think I'll have to agree with Dazh's missus. If any of my aforementioned 7 bikes aren't ridden for more than a few weeks I start looking longingly at whichever one it is and making plans for the next half decent day.
The current lineup is:
Cervelo S5 (with roadie and TT setups floating around - spare wheels, bars, etc)
Intense M9
Intense Tracer 2
Intense Tazer
Currently looking to downsize the Tracer2 and Tazer and maybe replace with a Carbine, in an effort to appease my bike-constrained housemates.
Also have an Intense Socom frame in the attic and am rebuilding an old '99 Kona Chute with some gold Psylos 😆
2011 spesh enduro
2012 giant anthem
2014 canyon ultimate cf roadie
an old dolan cx/winter/turbo bike
1992 kona cindercone...currently without wheels
Independent Fabrication Ti Delux SS for willy waving
Singular Hummingbird for bike packing

Titus El Guapo V3
Cube LTD 29
GT Avalanche 2.0
I've got a job interview on Thursday (this is going somewhere relevant, promise) and was having a chat with the recruiter who set it up today. We got onto the personality of the interviewer, and apparently "she likes cycling and talks about this equation..."
"you mean N+1?"
"that's the one"
"I think we might get on"...
chiefgrooveguru That's just how a bike should look then you know it's been ridden as it's intended & not just polished.
Cheers
Mark
