Yes, ordered some stuff from them last year. No dramas and turned up quick enough.

OK thanks Ajantom - I was going to order some tyres and they are cheaper than everyone but I believe they are based in Holland as just wondered if it was all too good to be true.

Cheers

I've used them. Sometimes a wee bit of delay.

I bought a gripshifter from them a couple of months ago, slight delay on delivery (2-3 days),but keen prices.I've just ordered some Ergon grips to go with the shifter.

They seem to be a pretty big outfit - lots of '...inn' online shops, i.e. Runinn, Snowinn, Diveinn, etc. Bit like Decathlon I suppose.

Yeah, not had a problem with them - not necessarily the fastest delivery, but very good if you're not in a rush.

Think they might be running slow at the moment as I ordered a seal driver from them a couple of weeks ago and it’s not showed up yet. They said it was in stock online but I’m having my doubts with the delay.....

I've used them several times without issue. Decent price, delivery sometimes better than the big names in the UK and a good selection of kit.

However, a tyre I ordered on 14th January never arrived and it was a right PITA getting a refund out of them. I think I ended up waiting until 8th April before it was finally resolved. Even after chasing them up weekly, I had to wait until they had investigated the issue, then their carrier had investigated the issue, I then had to sign and return a document for they to send to the carrier and even then it took a moan on the live chat to resolve the issue. In the mean time I'd ordered 2x more tyres off them that turned up in 4 days

TBH it won't put me off using them, but just be aware they are not the most communicative or speedy when resolving things

They have been fine for me in the past, but I found a company called Mantel.com (in the Netherlands) who were cheaper, I ordered a couple of tyres on Friday & they turned up today, postage was free via ups & the experience was spot on, I ordered a couple of bits from a UK company loved by singlespeeders on Thursday & they still hasn't turned up 🙁

They are legit, used them several times in the past.
They have very competitive prices and you can trust their stock levels. Not the fastest to dispatch the orders.

One word of advice, avoid ordering from them sized stuff that you expect to return, like shoes or helmets. Their consumer service works, but it's extremely slow, you always communicate with them through a text box in your account and up feeling like speaking with a robot

FWIW they are in Spain and delivery times are sometimes optimistic

I need to update my post above, it turns out the 'UK company loved by singlespeeders' delivered the parts yesterday but my kids took it in & failed to tell me even when asked, found it under the wife's handbag in the hallway 🙁

Not ordered from Bikeinn but one of their other Inn sites.
Had a nightmare with them. Order was about a month and 1/2 late and they wouldn't answer emails.

Update on mine - they didn’t have the item in stock at their main warehouse and it should have arrived by now but hasn’t. They’ve said to bear with them for 3 days so I’ll do that as their seal driver is cheaper than anywhere else and I’m not i a huge hurry.

I’m filing them with Tredz - only order if you aren’t in a hurry

Bought two tyres from there two weeks ago. They took roughly a week to get to me in the U.K.

Side note - why do Maxxis tyres NEVER achieve their stated width? 2.6s both holding resolutely at 2.4 😒

I used Trekinn a couple of years back.

The card was one i don't usually use and was only used say twice in several years. My bank had to block fradulent activity on the card. So it was either TrekInn or a shop in Darlington

My money is on TrekInn. I'm not saying they always do this but they clearly had a breach. The transaction went through some weird sounding Eastern European general trading company. The "Inn" bit is a cosey front of house that only exists on the page

But they were cheap
