[#1262724]

I used to ride a blue bike and so got a blue helmet that matched nicely. I now have a red bike and my helmet will not match. Should I buy a new one?

Having written a short thread containing the word 'helmet' repeatedly I wondered how long it would take before the euphemisms started slipping in 😉

Are you Captain Kirk perchance?

By "a blue bike" are you referring to some bird you picked up in space? Similarly with the “Red Bike” is she from a far flung galaxy? If so, while you’re attitude to Space women sounds a touch misogynous I find the subject rather interesting…

If however you’re query regards colour co-ordination of your bicycle and cycling headwear I would respond to your question with a couple of my own;

How long ago did she leave?

And was it because you are STUNNINGLY DULL?

A literal lol at the horrendously offensive and judgemental things people say to each other when on forums.

Although a fellow STWer I recently met did call me pathetic and wierd to my face.

85% of the posts on this or any forum are stunningly dull. Now answer the question dammit!

Why not make a knitted helmet cover in the colour of your choice?

I find that it's the cold that makes it shrink more than the wet.

Oh, I see. Ah, that's not what you were talking about. Right.
