i ve got a friend who`s looking to start doing a few duathons ( sorry if thats spelt wrong ). he also wants to do LEJOG this summer. he s after onebike to do both on and he wants it to be flat bar andcost up to £750. i suggested a road rat. has anyone else got any other ideas?
